The Forum is presented to you by the California Chip Seal Association in conjunction with the FHWA, California Department of Transportation and the California Slurry Seal Association is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, January 21- 22, 2004. The forum will be held at the Double Tree in Sacramento, CA.
